Duty Managers and Admin Staff: Join The Fight Stop Being Used!

The Duty Managers' ’Operational Managers Review’ talks have collapsed.
Once again the company are treating you like ‘‘Second Class Citizens’’
Yet they will look for you to support them during industrial action!

They are not budging on important issues like pay bands as they think you have no industrial clout! That’s why Service control was sorted in 2005 as they know, they have!

You now have an opportunity to use your muscle and take INDUSTRIAL ACTION with the rest of the operational grades and send a message to the company!

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

The Admin staff are just plainly being ignored by the company. The ’Admin Grade Review’ went to company council on Dec 16 there it was decided to send it back for further negotiations. Since then the company has done nothing. Would they do this to other grades and get away with it? ’No’.

You now have the opportunity to take action to support yourselves. Why should you support management when they don’t support you!

VOTE YES TO STRIKE ACTION

Remember don’t be used, stand up for yourself in solidarity with the operational grades and the TFL Staff
