RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2016 – INTERSERVE (LUL CONTRACT) (LUL/0001/I(LUL))

I am in receipt of correspondence from the Company, in which it confirms the Supervisor pay uplift from 1^st April 2016 as follows:-

• Cleaning Operatives pay has been uplifted to £9.40 per hour
• Chargehands pay has been uplifted to £9.65 per hour
• Supervisors will receive a 2% increase to their hourly rate

The National Executive Committee has noted the report from the Lead Officer that pay has been uplifted in line with the London Living Wage and these increases will be applied to salaries at the earliest opportunity.
