Strike action called for Queen's Jubilee

Tube staff will take strike action at Euston and Green Park stations on June 3, if action is not taken against a bullying manager.

RMT members at both stations have suffered years of intimidation, bullying and unjustified sackings of colleagues by a manager who has created a toxic atmosphere in the workplace.

Strike action is set for June 3 which coincides with the Queen's Jubilee and will last 24 hours.

Metropolitan South group to be balloted over management bullying

Subject: BULLYING BY MANAGEMENT, METROPOLITAN LINE SOUTH COVER GROUP – LONDON UNDERGROUND

We note the report from the Lead Officer, and that despite the Stations & Revenue Functional Council Reps best efforts in raising these matters with the company they have remained belligerent and:

Refused to re-instate Bro Mahoney and drop the misplaced charges against him.
Continue to victimise our Rep Bro Rollinger and Bro Glasstone.

Anthony Codd has worked for LUL for over 35 years. He was a n Operational grade Q1A Duty Manager working in the Track Access Control Centre (TACC) before being, what we believe, unfairly summarily dismissed at a CDI in August 2018.

An incident occurred back in January 2018, where a Track Access Controller (TAC) made an error that could have potentially endangered staff working on the track. This was, at the time, bought to the attention of Mr Codd who was the TACC Duty Manager on duty that night.
