RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2015 – INTERSERVE (KEOLIS AMEY DOCKLANDS CONTRACT)

You and your colleagues delivered a magnificent vote in support of taking industrial action in protest against management’s total inadequate response to your union demands for a decent pay offer for our members.

Since management were made aware of the overwhelming majority of votes in favour of taking action, they have been given numerous opportunities by your union to take the initiative to resolve this dispute. However, they have failed to take any opportunity so far. The time has come therefore for you and your colleagues to take a stand against Interserve as its delaying tactics and empty promises cannot be tolerated any longer.

You are therefore instructed not to book on for any shifts which commence between 05.30 hours on Wednesday 27th May 2015 and 05.29 hours on Friday 29th May 2015.

You have shown great support for your union’s position up to now and I am sure that this will continue through this industrial action.
